Have a hand in making a lasting impact within our long-standing history., As an Expert Product Owner on the Enterprise Architecture and Data & Analytics (EADA) team at Nestlé Purina, you'll oversee all data products related to measuring full-funnel marketing activity across Purina's portfolio of brands and marketing channels from performance marketing to media investment to trade strategy. Partnering closely with Brand Management, Media, Ecommerce Marketing, Marketing Analytics, and Strategy and Insights Group, you'll deliver data products that help the business understand where and how marketing dollars drive consumer behavior.
- Serve as the Product Owner for all marketing, media, and promotional data products, owning positioning, vision, and lifecycle strategy
- Build and maintain the product roadmap for a foundational full-funnel marketing data product, including new enhancements and features
- Collaborate with other EADA teams to plan long-term deliverables and resolve product dependencies
- Utilize working experience in marketing and media data to provide insights and recommendations that drive effective media strategies
- Analyze market trends and user feedback to continuously improve data products and enhance user experience
- Schedule and facilitate sprint prioritization discussions, validate requirements, and lead sprint demos and reviews with business stakeholders and the data product team
- Foster strong partnerships with key business stakeholders across multiple functions, managing competing priorities with a business-first mindset
- Own user story creation, backlog prioritization, and sprint goal definition in collaboration with stakeholders and the data product team
- Facilitate refinement sessions and actively participate in quarterly Program Increment planning sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or related field of study.
- 7+ years of experience using data for decision-making purposes such as reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or digital product management.
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing, media, or commercial analytics capacity such as brand management, media planning, marketing analytics, or trade/promotional strategy.
Other
- Experience in performance marketing, direct-to-consumer, or media-driven consumer engagement is preferred.
- Experience working in an Agile or Microsoft Dev Ops environment is preferred.

Benefits & conditions
The approximate yearly pay range for this position is $120,000 - $170,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
