Job description

As an IT Specialist, you'll support daily technical operations, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with system maintenance, and help improve overall technology performance across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, and network-related issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system, login, and connectivity problems
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, devices, and software applications
  • Assist with onboarding and setup for new employees
  • Monitor system performance and escalate issues when necessary
  • Support data management, security procedures, and system updates
  • Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and technology processes

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • Previous technical support or IT experience is a plus, but training may be provided for the right candidate
