Insight Global is seeking an Agile Release Train Engineer with a background in project management to support an insurance client's AI/Automation Hub., · Own execution hygiene across all Digital Assistant workstreams (5 teams) · Coach teams on Agile Ways of Working · Ensure epic-level integrity · Start dates · Status · Milestones and dependencies · Operationalize stage-gate governance tracking in Rally · UCIA · Initial ARB · Final ARB · Implementation decision · Project: Partner with ePMO on Tableau portfolio / roadmap views Standardized milestone visibility · Coordinate meetings across teams Establish PI planning for cross-team coordination Coordinate status documents from external delivery teams Vendor onboarding activities
Requirements
Extensive experience building new processes without robust tooling in place
7+ recent years of Agile/Scrum experience
5+ recent years experience as a Release Train Engineer - able to clearly articulate examples of artifacts built and delivered to track dependencies, align teams and optimize flow - establish new communication and documentation patterns, especially when the predecessor work and timelines aren't neatly laid out in the tracking system.
2+ years experience as a Project Manager - specific experience coordinating across teams who have different priorities and objectives
Experience working with offshore vendors
Proven expertise removing dependencies and blockers
Great at facilitating, coordinating and PI Planning Proven expertise hitting deliverables
