Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, IT, and external consulting partners
Primary Skills
5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday.
Strong expertise designing and implementing complex enterprise integrations involving Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday.
Strong experience developing reporting, dashboarding, analytics, and financial reporting solutions within Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday.
Deep technical expertise integrating Adaptive Planning and Workday with enterprise systems including Workday Prism Analytics, Palantir, ERP systems, and data platforms.
Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, ETL processes, SFTP/file-based integrations, middleware technologies, and data transformation frameworks.
Experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Prism pipelines, Workday Extend, and enterprise reporting frameworks.
Strong SQL, data analysis, and troubleshooting skills.
Experience working with JSON, XML, CSV, and other integration data formats.
Strong understanding of enterprise reporting, analytics, financial planning, and data reconciliation processes.
Experience supporting production environments and resolving operational incidents.
Ability to independently drive technical delivery in contractor and consulting environments., Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
