Job description
- Provide strategic leadership for large-scale, high-risk enterprise infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities
- Accountable for overall program performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Lead weekly program reviews, oversee issue tracking and escalations, and proactively manage risks
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships by clearly communicating project status, risks, decisions, and dependencies
- Define and manage project goals, milestones, and commitments, while delivering accurate, timely reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Direct cross-functional project teams and coordinate deliverables across multiple organizations. Develop evaluation frameworks and metrics to assess project risk, performance, and continuous improvement opportunities
- Ensure successful outcomes across customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team performance metrics
- Contribute to and lead PMO initiatives, including resource alignment, process optimization, and project prioritization
- Mentor and coach project managers to strengthen delivery capability and professional growth.
Requirements

- Adaptability: Flexibility to handle unexpected challenges, * Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years, or at least 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Deep expertise across IT infrastructure and enterprise business application domains.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and align cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with experience engaging senior leaders and diverse partners.
- Exceptional planning, prioritization, and time management skills, with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- High degree of adaptability, with the ability to manage ambiguity and respond effectively to unexpected challenges.
Benefits & conditions
Base Pay Range: $111,100.00 - $188,900.00 Annually
Primary Location: USA-MI-Ann Arbor-KLA
