Job description

The IT Procurement Analyst supports sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management of IT hardware, software, and services. This role works closely with IT, Finance, and vendors to ensure cost-effective, compliant, and timely procurement while maintaining accurate records and supporting contract and spend analysis.

  • Support end-to-end IT procurement activities, including requisitions, purchase orders, renewals, and vendor onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing IT hardware, software, cloud services, and professional services in alignment with company policies

  • Analyze IT spend, assist in tracking budgets, and support cost-optimization initiatives

  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely fulfillment

  • Support contract administration, including license tracking, renewals, and compliance

  • Maintain procurement documentation, pricing records, and vendor catalogs

  • Assist with vendor performance reviews and issue resolution

  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and audit requirements

  • Generate procurement reports and dashboards for management review

  • Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vendor relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field

  • 2-4 years of experience in IT procurement, sourcing, or supply chain functions

  • Working knowledge of IT products and services (hardware, software, SaaS, cloud, licensing models)

  • Experience with procurement systems (ERP, e-procurement tools, or contract management systems)

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and vendors

  • Strong communication and negotiation support skills Experience supporting software licensing and renewals (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, SaaS providers)Exposure to vendor contract terms and pricing structures
