Job description

Operations Communication User Accounts Desktop Support Customer Service Microsoft Office Active Directory Network Switches Help Desk Support Peripheral Devices Business Valuation Local Area Networks Full Stack Development Valid Driver's License Artificial Intelligence Business Transformation Critical Illness Insurance Troubleshooting (Problem Solving), * Set up and support desktops, laptops, and mobile devices

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, login, and user account issues
  • Perform PC imaging, deployments, and system upgrades
  • Support printers, peripherals, and network-connected devices
  • Provide Tier 2 support and escalate more complex issues as needed
  • Work with Active Directory, ticketing systems, and Windows environments
  • Assist with basic networking (LAN, switches, wireless access points, cabling)
  • Document issues/resolutions and help train users when needed

Requirements

Looking for someone who enjoys hands-on IT support and troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment., * 2+ years of desktop support or help desk experience (Tier 2 preferred)

  • Experience troubleshooting:
  • Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook
  • PCs, printers, and peripherals
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Active Directory (user accounts, password resets)
  • Imaging and deployments
  • Ticketing systems
  • Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, LAN)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license (travel required)
