- Troubleshoot hardware, software, login, and user account issues
- Perform PC imaging, deployments, and system upgrades
- Support printers, peripherals, and network-connected devices
- Provide Tier 2 support and escalate more complex issues as needed
- Work with Active Directory, ticketing systems, and Windows environments
- Assist with basic networking (LAN, switches, wireless access points, cabling)
- Document issues/resolutions and help train users when needed

Requirements
Looking for someone who enjoys hands-on IT support and troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment., * 2+ years of desktop support or help desk experience (Tier 2 preferred)
- Experience troubleshooting:
- Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook
- PCs, printers, and peripherals
- Hands-on experience with:
- Active Directory (user accounts, password resets)
- Imaging and deployments
- Ticketing systems
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, LAN)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license (travel required)
