Job description

The Associate Data Analyst assists with and contributes to the design, development and execution of an organization-wide analytics program, with a focus on capturing, analyzing and leveraging data that will be used to positively impact care outcomes, cost and value. Assists with the design, development and testing of reports and works closely with other team members to support the data and knowledge needs of the program. Has strong knowledge and understanding about database design and maintenance., Sedentary - Very light energy level Lift 10 lbs. box overhead. Lift and carry 15 lbs. Push/pull 20 lbs. cart.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Relational database design?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Required: None required.

  • Preferred: Prior experience or exposure to clinical informatics, database design, and electronic medical record technology.

Education

  • Required: Bachelor's degree; additional years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of education.

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline., * Required: Strong knowledge, understanding and experience related to database design, structure and maintenance. Must have extensive knowledge of electronic medical record technology. Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills, within the framework of CHOC's corporate values. Must have the ability to work collaboratively with other disciplines across the hospital. Must be able to perform effectively in a complex changing environment. Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Benefits & conditions

Minimum $32.49 Midpoint $43.05 Maximum $53.60

Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
