Software Engineer

• Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of modern software applications and AI-enabled tools
• Assist with integrating Generative AI technologies into internal and customer-facing products
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to prototype emerging capabilities
• Develop APIs, automation workflows, and scalable backend services

Do you have experience in Software engineering?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We are seeking a motivated and innovative Software Engineer to support the development of next-generation AI-enabled solutions for mission-driven environments across the Department of Defense and other federal initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about software engineering, curious about Generative AI, and eager to help modernize how technology supports national security and operational effectiveness.

You do not need to be an AI expert to succeed in this role. We are looking for engineers with strong technical foundations, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn emerging technologies in a fast-paced environment., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, or related technical field

• Internship, academic project, research, or personal project experience in software development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Desire to learn and adapt to emerging technologies, particularly Generative AI
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance preferred

• Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go
• REST APIs and microservices
• Git/GitLab/GitHub version control
• Cloud environments such as AWS or Azure

Salary: 85,000 - 130,000, * 401K: up to 3% discretionary profit sharing contribution + 100% match on the 1st 7% of pay
