Job description
- Responsible for performing integration and testing of the system under test.
- Perform data collection activities, including review and assessment of data elements, and provide detailed reports of results
- Create and/or modify documentation of reviews associated with formal testing, which include Test Readiness Review (TRR), Consent to Ship (CTS), and Test Data Review (TDR) packages.
- Lead field testing at military bases.
- Prepare and present technical data to Stakeholders and Customer community
- Travel around 50% of the time
Requirements

Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of prior engineering experience.

Experience in laboratory environment.

Leadership experience.

Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines within engineering.
Qualifications We Prefer

Experience working with and managing requirements.

Experience with data packages and variances.

Experience with test equipment and/or test environments.

Proficiency in risk management, including identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks.

Experience with the Earned Value Management System (EVMS).

Benefits & conditions
The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
