As we continue to expand our reach and deepen our impact, we are seeking a talented, self-driven Salesforce Administrator to join our high-performing team., The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of the organization's Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. This role also supports and coordinates data integration between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems using MuleSoft.
The ideal candidate is a senior-level administrator who can balance system ownership, data governance, and cross-platform coordination while supporting development, marketing, finance, and operations teams., Salesforce Administration
- Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, managing users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security
- Configure and maintain objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and Salesforce Flows
- Manage sandbox environments, testing, release planning, and deployments
- Maintain technical and process documentation
Marketing Cloud Support
- Support administration and coordination of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including user access, data extensions, and integrations with Salesforce
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to support campaigns, journeys, and data synchronization
- Assist with troubleshooting data flow and campaign-related issues
- Ensure alignment between CRM data and marketing automation processes
- Coordinate with vendors or internal resources for advanced Marketing Cloud configuration
Data Management & Reporting
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across Salesforce and integrated systems
- Manage data imports, exports, deduplication, and ongoing hygiene
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for leadership, development, marketing, and operations
Integration & Systems Coordination
- Support and oversee data integration between Salesforce and NetSuite using MuleSoft
- Define and document data flows, field mappings, and integration requirements
- Monitor integrations for errors and coordinate troubleshooting and resolution
- Support testing and validation of integration enhancements
User Support & Enablement
- Provide Tier 1-2 Salesforce user support and issue resolution
- Develop training materials and conduct user training
- Promote best practices for data entry, reporting, and system usage
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce and Marketing Cloud solutions
- Support roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements
Do you have a valid Certified Salesforce Administrator certification?, Do you have experience in Technical writing?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- 5+ years of related experience in systems administration, IT support, or related technical role
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (required)
- Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Experience supporting Salesforce integrations with external systems
- Working knowledge of MuleSoft or similar integration platforms
- Experience collaborating with marketing and finance stakeholders
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification
- Experience supporting Salesforce-NetSuite integrations
- Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
- Experience in small to mid-sized organizations with cross-functional responsibilities
- Familiarity with data models across CRM, marketing automation, and ERP platforms
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and operating standard office equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically
- Occasionally lift and move equipment or materials up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move throughout office or facility locations as needed
- May require occasional bending, reaching, or standing for extended periods
- National travel during the Back-to-School season to support partner events

Pay: $85,176.48 - $94,141.95 per year
