Job description

As an IT Administrator, you will serve as the first line of support for dealership technology needs while helping maintain and improve our IT infrastructure across the organization., * Provide Tier 1 technical support for dealership users and systems

  • Monitor and manage IT help desk tickets, projects, and support requests
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain:
  • Workstations and PC hardware
  • Printers and peripherals
  • Phones and mobile devices
  • Network connectivity and office equipment
  • Support Active Directory and Microsoft-based environments
  • Coordinate with vendors and Corporate IT on:
  • Construction and remodel projects
  • Infrastructure upgrades
  • Data conversions
  • Office/furniture moves
  • Escalated technical support needs
  • Assist with IT equipment procurement aligned with company standards
  • Follow and execute IT policies and procedures established by Corporate IT
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service with internal clients

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Technical customer support for office equipment?, We are seeking someone who is proactive, team-oriented, and passionate about helping others through technology., * Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT support experience

  • Active Directory environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Flexibility to occasionally work after hours or weekends when needed

Preferred Certifications:

  • Microsoft 365 Desktop Administrator
  • Azure Administrator
  • MCSA / MCSE / MCITP
  • CCNA / CCIE
  • ITIL Foundation

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach as needed
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain insurability
