Job description

  • Lead and coach multiple cross-functional Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, XP)
  • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies and remove delivery impediments
  • Drive continuous improvement, team maturity, and Agile best practices adoption
  • Partner with Agile leaders to improve organizational Agile effectiveness
  • Mentor junior Scrum Masters and promote a culture of collaboration and transparency
  • Ensure visibility of work through Agile tooling and information radiators
  • Support risk, compliance, and internal control standards within Agile delivery environments

Core Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
  • Coach teams on Agile practices including user stories, story mapping, ATDD, TDD, CI/CD, and pairing
  • Identify and resolve blockers, escalating when cross-team or organizational support is required
  • Promote self-organization, accountability, and high-performing team behaviors
  • Support Agile transformation efforts and continuous delivery improvements
  • Maintain alignment with organizational risk, regulatory, and audit requirements
  • Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning

Requirements

CTG is seeking a Scrum Master II to support multiple Agile teams within a dynamic enterprise environment. This role is ideal for an experienced Agile practitioner who excels in coaching teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement across Scrum and Kanban teams., * Bachelor's degree and 4+ years Agile team experience, including 2+ years as a Scrum MasterOR 8+ years combined education/work experience with 2+ years Scrum Master experience

  • Experience coaching Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban frameworks
  • Strong Agile tooling experience (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment, * Experience in multiple SDLC roles (BA, developer, QA, PM, UX, deployment)
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean principles
  • Experience supporting digital product delivery environments
  • Understanding of Design Thinking principles
  • Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe) preferred
  • Proven track record driving team self-organization and continuous improvement

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
