Job description

Kforce has a client in Dallas, TX that is seeking a Digital Product Owner., * Own digital product vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, and delivery priorities

  • Translate business goals into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable product requirements
  • Partner with business stakeholders, engineering, QA, UI/UX, and analytics teams to deliver scalable digital solutions
  • Lead product lifecycle execution from discovery and concept through launch, iteration, and optimization
  • Define KPIs, analyze performance data, and use customer feedback to improve digital experiences
  • Drive enterprise enablement, operational efficiency, ecommerce engagement, and customer-facing product outcomes
  • Balance user experience, business value, technical feasibility, speed, quality, and long-term scalability

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of digital product ownership or product management experience
  • Proven success delivering operational, enterprise, ecommerce, or customer-facing digital solutions
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product development lifecycles, roadmaps, and backlogs
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, analytics platforms, Google Analytics, Power BI, ERP, POS, or ecommerce platforms
  • Strong communication skills with technical teams, business leaders, and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, drive measurable outcomes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
