Job description
UST is searching for an experienced Kafka Qlik Developer with strong expertise in real-time data streaming, data integration, and analytics. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end data pipelines using Apache Kafka and Qlik (Qlik Sense / Qlik Replicate) to support real-time business reporting and analytics.
The opportunity:

Design and develop real-time data pipelines using Apache Kafka and Qlik Data Integration.

Implement Change Data Capture (CDC) pipelines using Qlik Replicate.

Integrate multiple data sources (DB, APIs, cloud systems) into Kafka topics.

Develop and maintain Kafka producers, consumers, and streaming applications.

Build and optimize Qlik dashboards and data models for business reporting.

Manage Kafka topics, partitions, and data flow optimization.

Ensure data consistency, reliability, and performance in streaming pipelines.

Requirements

Experience: 8+ Years
-
Strong experience in Apache Kafka (Core, Streams, Connect)

Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense / QlikView / Qlik Replicate

Experience in Real-time data streaming and event-driven architecture

Good understanding of Change Data Capture (CDC)

Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling
-
Experience with REST APIs / Data Integration tools

Programming knowledge in Java / Python / Node.js (any one preferred)

Secondary / Good to Have Skills

Experience with MongoDB / NoSQL databases

Exposure to Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)

Knowledge in Microservices architecture

Experience in ETL / ELT pipelines

Familiarity with Kafka monitoring tools (Confluent, etc.), kafka,kafka producers,kafka qlik development,apache kafka,qlik sense,real-time data streaming,change data capture,data integration,data modeling,rest apis,sql,kafka consumers,streaming applications,qlik dashboards
Benefits & conditions
