Job description
We are seeking a Lead Application Developer to join a collaborative and fast-paced technology team. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who can both drive development efforts and mentor a team of developers while contributing to modern, scalable application solutions.
You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise applications while helping shape technical direction and best practices across the team.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end application solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system performance and reliability
- Research and recommend emerging technologies to improve efficiency and scalability
- Maintain and enhance existing applications within the current architecture
- Contribute to Agile development processes and full SDLC execution
Requirements
Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 5+ years of experience in application development
- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, and Microsoft technologies
- Experience building web-based applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with Angular (1.x or newer) and TypeScript preferred
- Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server preferred)
- Experience with Azure DevOps / TFS and Git-based source control
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Ability to lead projects while remaining hands-on in development
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

- Experience modernizing legacy applications
- Exposure to cloud platforms or infrastructure improvements
- Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices
