- Installing and turning new systems online
- Performing daily maintenance on computing systems and facilities
- Basic structural cabling
- Basic and high level networking troubleshooting
- Ensuring a clean, presentable environment for our customers
- Resetting, organizing, and racking computer equipment
- Monitoring systems for issues and responding to issues
- Receiving and shipping equipment
Requirements
Do you have experience in Computer literacy?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, The ideal candidate will be competent in the existing landscape of network technologies, and exhibit the ability to adapt to change, as well as remain current on developing technologies. An analytical mindset will be essential for effective troubleshooting of both client and internal networks.
Qualified candidates will have hands-on experience with technical equipment and a willingness to learn. A background in and/or IT, Systems Engineering Manager, and/or network administration is preferred but not required. In this role you will be working with state-of-the-art computing and networking equipment ensuring high uptime and services for our clients., All Levels -
- Ability to be on your feet for 7+ hours per day in a warehouse environment
- 3 professional references to your integrity and commitment
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency and Bitcoin mining a plus but not required
Level I -
- Curiosity and drive to learn about Information Technology and computers
- Preferred hands on experience with cabling and hardware repairs
- Racking and Stacking
Level II -
- Working knowledge of computers including:
- Operating Systems
- Web Browsers
- Computer Networking
Level III -
- 3+ years of experience working in the technical field
- Experience leading a team of technicians
Degree/Qualifications Preferred:
- Associates degree in computer field and/or qualified years of experience preferred
