• EMR System: Epic

• Department Description: Interventional Cardiology / Electrophysiology

• Support Staff Available: One assigned clinical support team

• Practice Setting: Hospital, Clinic/Private Practice, Academic/Training PROCEDURES & CLINICAL EXPOSURE Interventional Cardiology:

• Right & Left Heart Catheterization (R/LHC)

• PCI

• Balloon Angioplasty

• Balloon Pump

Electrophysiology:

• Pacemaker Implant
• ICD Implant (Traditional and Sub-Q)
• Loop Recorder Implant/Explant
• Ablations: AVN, SVT, AFLUTTER

APP will not perform procedures independently but may manage patients pre/post-operatively PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Temporary Privileges Available: Yes (clean file required)
• Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90 days, * Provide Electrophysiology and Cardiology APP coverage
• Evaluate and manage cardiology patients in clinic and hospital settings
• Provide pre/post-procedure patient management
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic
