Job description

Kforce has a client in Minneapolis, MN that is seeking a ServiceNow Developer., We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) to support a large-scale enterprise banking environment. This role will focus on designing, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and drive automation across the platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on development experience, a practical understanding of enterprise workflows, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions., * Design, develop, and implement solutions across ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules

  • Build and maintain workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
  • Configure and customize components such as Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs
  • Develop solutions using client-side and server-side JavaScript
  • Build front-end functionality with AngularJS
  • Customize the platform using UI Pages, UI Macros, CMS, HTML, and CSS
  • Design and implement REST integrations and Scripted REST APIs
  • Work with ServiceNow API architecture to integrate enterprise systems
  • Configure Advanced Work Assignment (AWA) including queues, channels, and assignment rules
  • Manage agent presence and capacity
  • Troubleshoot Agent Chat and Configurable Workspace
  • Develop ServiceNow portals, pages, and widgets
  • Implement custom logic within Service Portal using AngularJS
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and improve workflows

Requirements

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules
  • Strong JavaScript (client/server-side) and AngularJS skills
  • Experience with Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
  • Experience building REST integrations and Scripted APIs
  • Hands-on experience with Advanced Work Assignment (AWA)
  • Service Portal development experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM)
  • Experience in banking or financial services
  • Understanding of ITIL frameworks
  • Experience working in Agile environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
