Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager

This individual will transform complex business data into actionable insights while partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to improve operational performance, reporting capabilities, and long-term strategic planning., Lead BI strategy, reporting architecture, and analytics initiatives Develop dashboards, scorecards, visualizations, and executive reporting Deliver actionable insights to executive leadership and business teams Drive continuous improvement across analytics and reporting functions Manage and mentor BI and analytics personnel Translate business objectives into scalable data solutions Support organizational KPI development and reporting optimization Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders

Data Management & Technical Environment

Oversee data governance, data quality, and master data management Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory standards Manage BI platforms including Domo and related visualization tools Support cloud-based data environments and integrations Work with SQL Server, Azure, AWS, and enterprise data systems Utilize analytical tools including Python, R, SAS, SPSS, or similar technologies Collaborate across finance, operations, and executive leadership teams

Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field Master's degree preferred 5+ years of BI, analytics, or data management experience 2+ years of leadership or management experience required 2+ years of intensive Domo experience strongly preferred
