Full Stack Application Developer Overview Join a high-impact engineering team building next-generation conversational platforms that power real-time customer interactions at scale. This group owns critical services across voice, SMS, virtual agents, and contact center integrations. You will work within a small Natural Language and Automation team where each engineer has meaningful ownership. The focus is on developing AI-driven systems that stream live voice, understand intent in real time, and intelligently route and resolve customer interactions. Impact This role directly improves the customer experience by reducing friction in phone interactions, eliminating delays, and enabling faster, more natural conversations between customers and support systems. What You'll Do
- Design and build high-availability applications for real-time voice and conversational AI
- Develop virtual agents that interpret user intent, determine outcomes such as routing or callbacks, and respond with low latency
- Stream and process real-time voice data with a focus on scalability and performance
- Build internal tools for prompt strategies, analytics, and workflow orchestration
- Work across telephony, messaging, and contact center platforms
- Own services end-to-end including architecture, development, deployment, and production support
- Operate within a DevOps environment using AWS and Kubernetes
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions What You Bring
Requirements

Strong full stack development experience with system design and ownership of production systems

Backend expertise with Golang and or Python in distributed environments

Experience with real-time, streaming, or event-driven architectures

Hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes

Proven ability to build and support production-grade applications and troubleshoot issues

Frontend development experience with JavaScript or TypeScript

Experience with APIs, microservices, and NoSQL databases

Familiarity with Docker, CI CD, and modern DevOps practices Nice to Have

Experience with telephony or VoIP systems

FreeSWITCH or contact center platform experience

Event-driven architecture experience

Infrastructure as Code tools

OAuth2 or authentication frameworks

Exposure to conversational AI or prompt engineering
