Job description
This role provides dedicated support for a large enterprise customer, handling a high volume of inbound and outbound interactions related to secure access devices. The position focuses on customer support, troubleshooting, documentation, and administrative coordination to ensure timely resolution and accurate recordkeeping., * Handle up to 40 outbound calls per day to support end users with access requests and troubleshooting related to secure access devices
- Walk users through step-by-step troubleshooting and resolution processes in a clear and professional manner
- Accurately document all interactions, actions taken, and outcomes in internal tracking systems
- Maintain and update client records using Microsoft Excel, including tracking, reporting, and documentation
- Perform administrative and ad-hoc support tasks related to access device management
- Ensure all work is completed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements
