Job description

The Organization Change Management (OCM) Manager leads enterprise-wide change management efforts supporting a large-scale cloud modernization initiative. This role is responsible for ensuring organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption of new technologies and processes. The position works closely with executive leadership, business units, and technical teams to drive change strategy execution and enable a smooth transition across the organization., Enterprise Change Management Leadership

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive OCM strategy, roadmap, and adoption framework
  • Lead organizational readiness planning aligned to modernization timelines and goals
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and program leadership on change impacts and workforce transitions

Stakeholder Engagement & Organizational Readiness

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations
  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and resistance management strategies
  • Partner with program managers, technical teams, and business leadership to integrate change activities

Communication & Executive Enablement

  • Create and deliver leadership communications, executive briefings, and program presentations
  • Ensure consistent messaging around program impacts, timelines, and adoption expectations
  • Coach leaders and managers on driving change adoption within their teams

Training & User Adoption

  • Oversee development and execution of training strategies and end-user enablement plans
  • Coordinate training delivery to ensure knowledge transfer and readiness
  • Support adoption initiatives for cloud modernization and digital transformation programs

Metrics, Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish and monitor OCM KPIs, adoption metrics, and readiness indicators
  • Use data and feedback to refine change strategies and improve adoption outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards and organizational policies

Requirements

Do you have experience in User training (technical support)?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience

  • 5 or more years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, or enterprise program support
  • Proven experience leading change management for large-scale technology or cloud transformation initiatives
  • Strong experience developing communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Experience working in complex, cross-functional enterprise environments
  • Hands-on experience with OCM methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models, * Master's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Public Administration, Industrial or Organizational Psychology, or related field
  • Certifications in change management such as Prosci, ACMP, or CCMP
  • Project management or Agile certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or PSM
  • Experience supporting government or regulated environments
  • Experience with cloud modernization programs involving AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Experience with ERP modernization or SaaS adoption initiatives
  • Experience using OCM metrics, adoption analytics, and readiness tracking tools
