Job description

We are seeking a skilled Level 2 Network and Desktop Support Technician to join our IT support team. In this role, you will provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for end-user devices and network infrastructure. You will also resolve escalated issues from Level 1 support, ensure endpoint stability, and maintain network connectivity for smooth business operations., Network & Infrastructure

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues including connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
  • Configure and support network hardware (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls).
  • Monitor network performance and escalate major incidents when needed.
  • Support remote connectivity and ensure secure access via VPN or remote tools.

Desktop & End-User Support

  • Provide Level 2 support for Windows and macOS systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Set up new workstations and manage imaging, software deployment, and updates.
  • Support users via remote tools or on-site assistance.

User Account Management

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory and Office 365.
  • Assist with password resets, MFA setup, and basic access troubleshooting.

System Maintenance & Security

  • Perform routine patching of endpoints and assist in antivirus and endpoint protection deployment.
  • Support compliance with internal IT security standards and best practices

Requirements

Do you have experience in macOS administration?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * 2-5 years of experience in a desktop/network support role - Mandatory

  • Excellent organizational skills, troubleshooting, and communication.
  • Associate's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Proficient in Windows and macOS environments.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration., * High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Desktop support: 2 years (Preferred)
