Job description
Seeking a Warehouse Returns & Inventory Associate to support driver check-ins, returned product processing, and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in freezer and cooler conditions.
Responsibilities
- Check in drivers returning from routes and verify returned products and paperwork
- Inspect returned items and determine restocking eligibility or credit processing
- Document delivery exceptions, missed collections, and damaged products
- Process claims, inventory adjustments, and return documentation accurately
- Separate, stage, and count returned products for inventory processing
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies
- Follow food safety and warehouse safety procedures
- Communicate operational issues and inventory concerns to supervisors
Requirements
Do you have experience in Word embeddings?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of pallet jack and/or forklift experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to lift and move up to 10 lbs
Preferred Skills
- Experience with warehouse inventory reconciliation and returns processing
- Familiarity with billing, credits, and inventory systems
