Job description
We are seeking an experienced Business System Analyst (BSA) to support a large-scale digital platform modernization and integration transformation initiative within the QSR and e-commerce ecosystem., * Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements
- Define customer journeys, loyalty workflows, and omnichannel experiences
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, sequence diagrams, and process flows
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on API contracts and integration requirements
- Support discovery sessions, gap analysis, and future-state architecture planning
- Work closely with QA teams for UAT, testing scenarios, and validation workflows
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release planning activities
- Ensure traceability and clarity of requirements across business and technical teams
- Support production readiness, release validation, and post-production optimization
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with digital commerce platforms, mobile applications, loyalty ecosystems, and API-driven integrations. This role requires close collaboration with product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and customer-centric digital experiences., * Strong experience in e-commerce and mobile applications
- Experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) operations
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and microservices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, * 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business System Analyst
- Experience in digital commerce, loyalty platforms, or enterprise integration projects
- Strong knowledge of mobile application ecosystems
- Understanding of order management, checkout, payments, promotions, and customer engagement funnels
- Knowledge of microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native systems
- Ability to write detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

- Experience with AWS cloud platforms
- Knowledge of SSO, authentication, authorization, and identity platforms
- Exposure to API orchestration and integration modernization programs
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA, or Product Owner
