Leadership Data Retention, Asset Tracking Safety Standards Hardware Support Business Valuation Inventory Management Lifecycle Management Warehouse Operations IT Service Management Packaging And Labeling Full Stack Development Hardware Installations Artificial Intelligence Business Transformation Critical Illness Insurance, * Provide support for IT warehouse operations, including fulfillment, inventory management, and hardware distribution.

• Process and manage tickets through an IT service management (ITSM) system, ensuring timely updates and completion.
• Prepare, ship, receive, and track IT equipment based on user requests.
• Maintain accurate hardware inventory records and update asset tracking systems.
• Configure, image, and deploy computers and peripheral equipment as needed.
• Perform equipment recovery for offboarded users, including coordinating returns and processing inbound devices.
• Support basic hardware installations such as monitors and peripherals.
• Assist with packaging, shipping logistics, and coordinating return shipments for remote users.
• Ensure proper data handling and compliance with equipment return and data retention procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support hardware lifecycle management and deployment activities.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and safety standards in all operational tasks.

This is a Contract position based out of NORTH CHICAGO, IL. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
