In this role, you'll combine technical Workday expertise with strong business partnership skills to support and optimize key HR processes across the organization. You'll work closely with stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions, improve efficiency, and enhance the team member experience.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong hands-on Workday configuration experience who enjoys solving complex problems, managing priorities independently, and driving continuous improvement.

  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, IT, and vendors to support data integration, data integrity, and process improvements
  • Identify opportunities to streamline manual or offline HR processes and transition them into Workday
  • Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and system procedures. Train and support internal HR team members on Workday functionality and best practices
  • Independently lead projects and enhancements from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the initiative to take ownership and drive results

Preferred Qualifications
