- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10/11 operating systems
- Diagnose and fix hardware and software issues, including break/fix support for desktops and laptops
- Support and manage network printers, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting connectivity issues
- Assist users with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues (IP configuration, email access, VPN, etc.)
- Document all incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system

Requirements
We are seeking a motivated Help Desk Technician to provide first-level technical support in a Windows-based environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who has a strong troubleshooting mindset and excellent customer service skills., * 0-2 years of IT support or helpdesk experience
- Basic understanding of Windows environments and diagnostic troubleshooting processes
- Hands-on experience with hardware break/fix and end-user support
- Familiarity with printer support and Microsoft Office applications
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP connectivity, email troubleshooting, etc.), * Strong customer service skills with a professional and reliable demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues methodically and think critically under pressure
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

This is a Contract position based out of Savannah, GA. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
