  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10/11 operating systems
  • Diagnose and fix hardware and software issues, including break/fix support for desktops and laptops
  • Support and manage network printers, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting connectivity issues
  • Assist users with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
  • Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues (IP configuration, email access, VPN, etc.)
  • Document all incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Escalate more complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed, Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates. Requirements

We are seeking a motivated Help Desk Technician to provide first-level technical support in a Windows-based environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who has a strong troubleshooting mindset and excellent customer service skills., * 0-2 years of IT support or helpdesk experience

  • Basic understanding of Windows environments and diagnostic troubleshooting processes
  • Hands-on experience with hardware break/fix and end-user support
  • Familiarity with printer support and Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP connectivity, email troubleshooting, etc.), * Strong customer service skills with a professional and reliable demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues methodically and think critically under pressure
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

This is a Contract position based out of Savannah, GA. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
