The Senior Solutions Architect will serve as the technical authority and strategic driver for this migration, shaping architecture decisions that directly impact business operations, compliance, scalability, and long-term platform success.
This is a high-visibility, enterprise-level initiative where Oracle Fusion is the core system of record. Success in this role depends on deep, hands-on experience leading Oracle Fusion migrations, including architecture design, integrations, data governance, and release strategy. This is not a learning or exposure role-Oracle Fusion migration expertise is mandatory and non-negotiable.
The architect will partner closely with business stakeholders, IT leaders, and vendors to ensure a secure, scalable, and future-ready Oracle Fusion environment that supports the organization's long-term growth and operational efficiency.
Key Initiatives & Business Drivers
- Lead the enterprise-wide migration to Oracle Fusion, replacing legacy ERP/HCM platforms.
- Establish a future-state Oracle Fusion architecture that supports scalability, security, and compliance.
- Drive integration strategy between Oracle Fusion and upstream/downstream enterprise systems.
- Define and implement data architecture, governance models, and migration standards.
- Support business modernization efforts by aligning Oracle Fusion capabilities with enterprise strategy.
- Ensure smooth adoption of Oracle Fusion through strong release, testing, and change management strategies.

Requirements
- Expert-level experience leading Oracle Fusion migrations in an enterprise ERP or HCM environment.
- Fluency in Oracle Fusion architecture-candidates must be able to design, implement, and defend Oracle Fusion solutions independently.
- 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect with a primary focus on Oracle Fusion migration projects.
- Proven experience translating complex business requirements into Oracle Fusion-based architectural designs.
- Strong background in enterprise architecture and integration architecture involving Oracle Fusion.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Fusion integrations
- Data migration and data governance models
- Release management, testing strategy, and change management within Oracle Fusion
- Ability to lead large, complex initiatives and guide both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for key meetings, trainings, and strategic sessions.
Nice-to-Have (Not Required)
- Prior experience migrating from PeopleSoft or other legacy ERP systems

The pay range for this position is $180000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
