Job Description: In this role, you will serve as the initial point of support for our clients, delivering essential technical support and troubleshooting services. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and the seamless operation of their IT systems by addressing and resolving technical issues efficiently., * Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Investigate & escalate complex issues to higher-level technicians
- Document all client interactions and technical solutions in the ticketing system
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on client systems
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional office environment
- Management of Microsoft Environments
- Upkeep & Maintenance of backup solutions
Requirements
Do you have experience in System administration?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications (e.g, CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and improve technical knowledge & skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred but not required, * High school or equivalent (Required)
