Job description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience to support Agile delivery for enterprise digital initiatives. This role is responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching delivery teams, removing impediments, and ensuring alignment with AEM development standards and business objectives. The Scrum Master will partner closely with Product Owners, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive predictable, high-quality delivery., * Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and sprint reviews/demos
- Coach and mentor AEM development teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement
- Partner with Product Owners to manage, prioritize, and refine AEM-specific product backlogs (components, templates, workflows, integrations)
- Identify, track, and remove impediments that impact team delivery
- Track and report Agile delivery metrics such as velocity, burndown, capacity, and sprint health
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including UX, QA, DevOps, and content authors
- Promote Agile maturity, accountability, and team collaboration
- Ensure delivery aligns with AEM architectural standards, governance, and performance benchmarks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- At least 1+ year of experience supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, and workflows
- Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Preferred Experience
- Enterprise-scale digital or CMS program experience
- Experience working with marketing technology or content management platforms
- Strong stakeholder engagement and delivery coordination skills
Benefits & conditions
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $100,000 - $118,000/ yearly.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
