Job description

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer with 3-8 years of experience to embed directly inside Fortune 500 customer environments and ship automations, agents, and workflows. This is a deeply technical, customer-facing role at an early-stage AI company with real enterprise traction., * Deploy inside enterprise customer environments and own automation delivery end-to-end from scoping through production rollout.

  • Build automations, AI agents, and workflows (ranging from simple programmatic automations to multi-step LLM agents)
  • Navigate stakeholder governance, implementation constraints, and permissioning requirements across customer orgs then translate those into engineering specs.
  • Feed signal back to the product team on how the platform performs in real customer environments

Requirements

  • 3-8 years of professional experience.
  • Full-stack engineering background with solid backend systems expertise
  • Proficient in Python or TypeScript/Node and have shipped customer-facing production code.
  • Ability to translate technical constraints into business-level decisions and run end-to-end customer conversations.
  • Familiarity with AWS (Lambda, ECS) and Docker.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents or workflow automations for enterprise customers.
  • Background at an early-stage startup (seed-Series C) or a large tech company
  • Must not be a pure solutions engineer (no coding ownership) or a pure data-science/analytics profile, and should have stable employment history
  • Willing to travel 20-25% (roughly one day per week), primarily domestic with occasional international trips.
