Job description
Desktop Support Technician to join a growing IT team supporting a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, customer-focused, and eager to learn, with strong troubleshooting skills across Windows systems and endpoint support. This is a great opportunity to contribute to large-scale deployments, upgrades, and ongoing support operations while delivering high-touch "white glove" service to end users.
Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote technical support (in person, phone, email) to end users

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:

Windows environments (Windows 10/11 primarily)

Active Directory (user accounts, permissions, access)

Hardware, desktops, workstations, and thin clients
-
Support network connectivity issues:
-
IP conflicts
-
Network drive mapping
-
Printer setup and support
-
Deploy and support:
-
Desktop computers
-
Thin clients
-
Multifunction printers
-
Participate in IT projects such as:

Device imaging and deployment
-
System upgrades and cleanup initiatives
-
Perform routine on-site support activities and ticket resolution
-
Document issues, resolutions, and processes clearly
Requirements
-
Strong experience supporting Windows environments

Experience with Active Directory (user/account administration)

Hands-on PC/Desktop Support experience

Knowledge of:

Networking basics (IP, connectivity, drives, printers)

Peripheral setup and troubleshooting

Excellent customer service and communication skills
-
Ability to deliver white glove support in a professional environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise or high-demand environments
- Familiarity with:
- Desktop deployments
- Imaging tools
- Ticketing systems

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
