Job description
As a THAAD Systems Engineer for the Kingdom As a System Engineer Sr supporting the Terminal High-Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) program, you will play a pivotal role in translating mission objectives into clear system design.
In this role, you will:
- Advise engineering and program leadership on launcher system design and operations
- Support launch campaigns, readiness reviews, and mission assurance activities
- Evaluate technical risks, anomalies, and corrective actions
- Review requirements, interfaces, and integration strategies
- Provide expertise on launch vehicle performance, trajectory, and mission constraints
- Support proposal development, customer briefings, and technical strategy
- Mentor systems engineers and launch operations personnel
- Coordinate across government, customer, and contractor teams
- Support the Launchers both fielded and in development.
- Support the customer with the fielded launchers both domestic and international
- Support the Launcher production and field return troubleshooting
- Support the development of new Launcher capabilities
- Support Fire Control and Weapon Systems updates as needed.
Requirements

Experience with systems engineering activities including integration and technical analysis

Demonstrated ability to lead or support cross-functional technical teams in a mission-focused environment

2+ years experience with THAAD or Patriot Launchers

Active or current Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance. Desired Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related technical discipline

Experience with network configuration and adminstration

Active Top Secret clearance Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Top Secret, Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
