Job description

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on client computers
  • Assist in installation and configuration of client servers, workstations, and other IT equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on client systems and network infrastructure.
  • Manage and monitor client backups and disaster recovery systems.
  • Participate in project planning and implementation of new client systems and technology solutions.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of client systems and services.
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging trends in IT and apply new knowledge and skills to improve client services.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, * Minimum of 2 years of helpdesk support experience

  • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Experience with M365 and Entra ID administration
  • Experience with AD administration
  • Experience with troubleshooting M365 apps: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
  • Experience with supporting Apple products
  • Basic knowledge of networking technologies
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+) are desirable, * AD administration: 2 years (Required)
  • M365 apps: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint : 2 years (Required)
  • Help Desk : 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • CompTIA /Network+ (Preferred)
