Network Support Specialist - FULLY ONSITE with a Rotational Schedule

This is NOT a basic help desk role. This position is heavily focused on network troubleshooting across networking, systems, infrastructure, and operational support environments.

The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely understands network support concepts and can troubleshoot naturally rather than relying solely on memorized answers or scripted responses., * Troubleshoot network, systems, infrastructure, and security-related issues across hardware and software environments

• Monitor alerts, logs, systems, and traffic to identify anomalies or operational issues
• Investigate and categorize incidents based on severity and impact
• Document actions, findings, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions within a ticketing system
• Escalate issues appropriately and collaborate with internal technical teams
• Operate in a structured, high-accountability environment supporting 24/7 operations

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * You do not have at least 2 years of hands-on network support, or systems support experience

• You are not comfortable working rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment INCLUDING nights/weekends/holidays as needed
• You cannot pass a comprehensive criminal background check (no exceptions)
• You cannot pass a full panel drug screening
• You are looking for remote or hybrid work and are not able to work onsite 100% of the time
• You do not have your own personal, non-shared vehicle for daily commuting
• You are not comfortable working in a structured, high-performance environment with accountability and teamwork expectations

REQUIREMENTS: DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET ALL CRITERIA.

• 2+ years of experience in network support, systems support, NOC support, AND infrastructure support
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, switching, routing, firewalls, and general networking concepts
• Experience supporting Windows and/or Linux environments
• Strong troubleshooting ability across networks, systems, infrastructure, AND operational environments
• Ability to communicate network support concepts clearly and professionally
• Comfortable working in a ticketing system in regard to network support with detailed documentation and accountability
• Ability to collaborate professionally within a team-oriented environment

PREFERRED (BUT IN NO WAY REQUIRED):

• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Datto, Veeam, SentinelOne, Duo, Okta, or similar technologies
• Exposure to scripting such as PowerShell, Python, or SQL
• Certifications such as Network+, Security+, CCNA, or MCSA
• Prior experience in MSP, NOC, infrastructure, or technical operations environments, * Do you understand this position is fully onsite in Moon Township, PA with NO exceptions? NO BUSLINE IS ACCEPTED. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE TO TRANSPORT YOU TO AND FROM WORK.
• Do you have your own PERSONAL (NOT SHARED) vehicle to transport you to and from work in Moon Township, PA? This position is NOT on the bus-line and will NOT accept Uber/Lyft as primary transportation.

• This role requires detailed documentation within a ticketing system. Are you comfortable with that level of accountability and communication?
• This role requires a professional appearance in line with client standards. Do you have any visible facial tattoos or facial piercings that cannot be removed during working hours?
• Are you okay with a pay range of $24-$26/hr? (NO MORE THAN $26 IS OFFERED). Reminder: this position is full time with benefits and intended as primary employment.
