responsibilities:
- Utilize dedicated testing equipment to evaluate and run diagnostics on data center commodities, primarily memory modules and CPUs.
- Execute repairs on critical damaged parts, which includes cleaning thermal paste, straightening bent connectors, and replacing missing components.
- Inspect hardware reported as damaged to verify issues, ensuring defective parts are properly quarantined according to Our Client's standard procedures.
- Spot-check and audit handling, packaging, and storage processes across staging areas to help Our Client minimize hardware damage.
- Perform quick testing on printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) and provide ongoing support for key field campaigns and failure investigations.
