Job description

This position is for a level 2 integration and test engineer for the TTWCS (Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System) program where the successful candidate will work in the SW Test Agile Team to verify software requirements. This includes verification of requirements, mapping of requirements to test procedures, test procedure creation, etc. Additionally the candidate will aid in system installs and configuration.

Requirements

  • Candidates MUST currently possess a Full DoD SECRET level clearance or higher

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (i.e, System Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent experience/combined education.

  • Troubleshooting skills

  • A drive to identify issues, perform a root cause analysis, and communicate the issue with developers.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills and an ability to work effectively in an agile team environment

  • Experience working in a Linux environment

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in integration and test (I&T), software engineering, or systems engineering.

  • Test automation

  • Experience with Ubuntu

  • Experience with TTWCS is a plus

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
