- Respond to technical support requests from users via phone, email, and in-person
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
- Document and track technical support requests in a ticketing system
- Provide training and support to users on computer systems and software applications
- Participate in the deployment of new hardware and software systems
- Collaborate with the IT team to evaluate and recommend improvements to existing systems
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

- 3+ years of experience in an IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, hardware and software installation, and network troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud computing (AWS, Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
