Job description

  • Influence stakeholder strategy and define solutions that address business problems.
  • Build relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations.
  • Lead cost/benefit analyses to align technology solutions with business strategy.
  • Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the business/technical domain to guide scope and requirements decisions.
  • Assess impact of application changes across the domain, identify integration points, and support end-to-end solution design.
  • Ensure application changes comply with enterprise standards and policies.
  • Partner with vendors to validate that changes meet bank requirements and support acceptance testing.
  • Support users and development teams with testing, troubleshooting, and test planning.
  • Lead continuous improvement to refine processes and solutions.
  • Mentor junior analysts to build domain and delivery capability.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and enterprise application change management and a proven ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications to deliver measurable outcomes., * Agile delivery expertise with 3+ years leading Agile projects and teams.

  • Proficiency with Agile practices and tools, including Jira, and experience facilitating ceremonies.
  • Risk, regulatory, and compliance experience with 3+ years managing application documentation to meet requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management, requirements elicitation, and impact analysis skills.
  • Experience guiding vendor deliverables and supporting acceptance testing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Infrastructure project exposure, including upgrade or replacement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of ISO 20022 payment formats.
  • Familiarity with emerging real-time payments such as US RTP, SEPA Instant, or FedNow.
  • Understanding of financials and resource management within delivery teams.
  • Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and impediments for one team within Agile or waterfall frameworks.
  • General awareness of testing practices and DevOps/continuous delivery concepts.
  • Exposure to application and data architecture standards and delivery.
  • Knowledge of data management practices and accessibility guidelines.
  • Demonstrated collaboration, influence through evidence-based recommendations, and result tracking via KPIs.
