Onsite Tower Lead with expertise in SAP Central Finance (CFIN)

The Onsite Tower Lead for SAP Central Finance is responsible for overseeing end?to?end delivery, governance, and operational excellence for the Corporate/Finance tower, ensuring SLA adherence, operational stability, oversee triage, impact/urgency validation, root?cause analysis, and prioritization of Finance?related tickets., Coordinate SAP S4 HANA Central Finance program activities to ensure timely delivery of milestones and consistent alignment with enterprise finance transformation objectives. Oversee planning of CFIN releases and enhancements to maintain stable financial processes while enabling continuous improvement aligned to business priorities. Guide requirements refinement for SAP S4 HANA CFIN by collaborating with finance controllers treasury teams and operations partners to ensure clarity and completeness. Manage program scope risks and issues for CFIN initiatives by applying structured governance and escalation mechanisms that safeguard budget and timeline commitments. Monitor integration between SAP S4 HANA CFIN and source systems to support accurate real time financial data consolidation and reporting. Coordinate with functional and technical consultants to validate solution designs and configuration for CFIN ensuring adherence to global templates and compliance guidelines. -Drive preparation and execution of system integration testing user acceptance testing and regression testing to ensure reliability of CFIN functionalities before deployment. Partner with business stakeholders to define key performance indicators for CFIN processes and track benefits realization to demonstrate measurable outcomes of program investments. -Organize program level status reporting for leadership and stakeholders highlighting progress dependencies risks and mitigation actions for all CFIN workstreams. Enable adoption of new SAP S4 HANA CFIN capabilities by supporting training content planning communication and change impacts for finance and operations users. -Coordinate cutover planning and post go live stabilization activities to ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption to ongoing financial operations. Engage with support and operations teams to establish sustainable processes for incident management problem resolution and continuous improvement within the CFIN landscape. Align hybrid work practices for the program by defining collaboration routines that enable efficient coordination among onsite and remote team members. Ensure compliance with internal controls audit requirements and data protection standards across all CFIN program deliverables.

• 10+ years of SAP Finance (FI/CO) experience with strong S/4HANA exposure
• Deep expertise in SAP Central Finance (CFIN) including AIF, SLT, MDG, mapping, replication, and error handling
• Experience leading onsite/offshore delivery models
• Strong understanding of Finance processes, month?end close, reconciliations, and cross?module integrations
• Hands?on experience with incident, problem, and change management
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OpenText VIM, Treasury, or other connected systems
• Prior experience in tower lead or service delivery roles, Require professional experience of ten to twelve years in program or project management focused on large scale SAP finance transformations with emphasis on Central Finance in SAP S4 HANA. Require strong hands on understanding of SAP S4 HANA CFIN architecture including data replication financial posting logic and integration with core modules such as finance controlling and treasury. Require demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent SAP initiatives using structured methodologies such as waterfall or agile to deliver outcomes within agreed constraints. Require proven experience engaging finance leaders and process owners to translate accounting and reporting needs into clear SAP solution requirements. Require solid experience coordinating testing activities for complex SAP landscapes including test planning test case review defect triage and sign off processes. Require excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate workshops presentations and clear status updates for diverse business and technical audiences. Nice to have practical exposure to SAP activation methodology or similar frameworks for S4 HANA implementations in multinational organizations. Nice to have experience working with financial shared services environments where CFIN is used to centralize and harmonize financial postings and reporting. Nice to have familiarity with tools supporting SAP projects such as solution documentation platforms test management tools and collaboration platforms used in hybrid work models. Nice to have understanding of adjacent technologies such as data migration tools integration middleware and analytics solutions used with SAP S4 HANA finance.
