Job description
- Designing and implementing advanced data models and algorithms to solve complex business problems and drive strategic insights.
- Conducting in-depth analyses of large and diverse data sets to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations that inform decision-making.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate them into analytical solutions, and communicate findings effectively.
- Developing and deploying machine learning models and statistical techniques to enhance predictive capabilities and optimize business processes.
- Providing thought leadership on data science best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Research findings presentation?, * Advanced degree in a relevant field such as data science, statistics, computer science, or mathematics.
- Extensive experience in data science, with a strong track record of developing and implementing complex models and analyses.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and data visualization tools, with expertise in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

- Dental insurance, Base salary for the role is commensurate with experience and can range between $130,000 - 160,000 + annual bonus opportunity., Our benefits package is thoughtfully designed to support and enrich the experience of our full-time employees, with eligibility limited to those in permanent positions.
- Compensation: competitive base salary & annual bonus opportunity (for non-commissioned roles)
- Benefits: We offer health, dental, and vision coverage starting on day 1. We also offer a 401(k) plan and an equity program, with new hire equity grants beginning at the Director level and above.
- Flexible location: Remote workdays and 3 days a week of in-office collaboration for team members in the Philadelphia area. Check location requirements with the recruiting team.
