Job description
- Analyze incoming use cases to clarify business goals, map technical requirements, and identify platform dependencies or capability gaps.
- Shepherd tenant teams through end-to-end onboarding, ensuring integration with platform services and adherence to best practices.
- Review technical workflows, including Python code, to diagnose issues, validate assumptions, and determine when to engage SMEs.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration and operational challenges across data flows, APIs, and platform components to drive production readiness.
- Identify and drive process improvements, tooling enhancements, and automation opportunities to scale onboarding and increase transparency.
- Coordinate delivery by tracking progress, managing timelines, removing blockers, and communicating status to stakeholders.
Requirements
We are seeking a Sr Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise platform onboarding, business analysis, and technical integration across data, APIs, and Python-based workflows and a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and guide teams from ideation through production on a GenAI platform., + Business Analysis. Ability to evaluate use cases, gather requirements, and produce clear technical specifications.

Technical Acumen. Comfort reviewing Python code, understanding data flows, and analyzing API and integration patterns.

Data Literacy. Ability to explore datasets, understand schemas, and perform basic troubleshooting of data issues.

Integration & Systems Thinking. Ability to identify dependencies, assess capability gaps, and troubleshoot end-to-end integrations.

Stakeholder Management. Experience guiding tenant teams from ideation to production with clear expectations and outcomes.

Process Optimization. Experience improving workflows, documentation, and tooling to increase efficiency.

Project/Delivery Coordination. Ability to manage milestones, timelines, and risk to ensure steady onboarding progress.

Structured Communication. Clear, concise communication with technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Skills:

Generative AI familiarity, including LLM concepts, prompt workflows, enterprise patterns, and responsible AI considerations.

Product mindset with ability to inform platform capability needs and feature definitions.

Automation and tooling experience building lightweight automations, dashboards, or workflow tools.

Agile and SDLC experience with iterative delivery and backlog management.
