Sr. Scrum Master

Joining the Commercial Banking and Payments Technology team. You'll work closely with others and manage a portfolio of projects from end-to-end. As a Project Manager, you'll lead teams of stakeholders and business partners to ensure projects of all sizes are completed in line with the team's budget and timeline. You'll use your expertise in project management methodology to make recommendations for continuous improvements on all project plans.

You will use expert skills on tools Jira (Creating new boards, Managing backlogs, sprints, and tracking progress), Azure DevOps (Work item management and sprint planning) Confluence and/or Sharepoint (Documentation and collaboration), Version Control e.g., GIT etc., (Understanding basic workflows (optional)

7+ years of experience as a technical Scrum Master

• Commercial Banking technology (lending/loan applications) experience is a plus
