Job description

  • Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, services, and devices across enterprise environments

  • Support the integration of security systems (intrusion detection, access control, video, and command systems) into network environments

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop network architectures and system designs

  • Assist in the creation of design documentation, specifications, and network schematics

  • Perform system testing, commissioning, and validation of deployed network solutions

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and connectivity issues

  • Support preventative maintenance, including system upgrades, patches, and performance improvements

  • Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and test plans

  • Monitor network performance and ensure alignment with SLA requirements and operational needs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure roles

  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and architecture

  • Experience with network design, implementation, and troubleshooting in enterprise environments

  • Hands-on experience with network hardware and platforms (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, etc.)

  • Experience with network analysis and troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, CLI, etc.)

  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts and system lifecycle methodologies

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical teams

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields
