Job description

Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, services, and devices across enterprise environments

Support the integration of security systems (intrusion detection, access control, video, and command systems) into network environments

Collaborate with engineering teams to develop network architectures and system designs

Assist in the creation of design documentation, specifications, and network schematics
-
Perform system testing, commissioning, and validation of deployed network solutions
-
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and connectivity issues
-
Support preventative maintenance, including system upgrades, patches, and performance improvements
-
Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and test plans
-
Monitor network performance and ensure alignment with SLA requirements and operational needs

Requirements

5+ years of experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure roles

Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and architecture

Experience with network design, implementation, and troubleshooting in enterprise environments

Hands-on experience with network hardware and platforms (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, etc.)

Experience with network analysis and troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, CLI, etc.)

Familiarity with ITIL concepts and system lifecycle methodologies
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical teams
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields
