This role is ideal for a seasoned IT professional who thrives in a mission-driven environment, takes ownership of complex technical challenges, and understands that reliable, secure technology is the backbone of quality community service. If building and maintaining the systems that power an organization's daily operations, from server rooms to end-user support to network integration, sounds like exactly where you want to be, we want to meet you.

Who We Are:

We are a mission-driven organization committed to delivering high-quality health and human services to the communities we serve. We operate with integrity, lead with purpose, and hold ourselves to the highest standards of operational excellence, compliance, and service quality. • Plan, organize, and evaluate IT operations and electronic data processes.
  • Design and implement IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
  • Ensure data integrity, network security, and system backups are maintained and current.

Software & Integration:

  • Evaluate, deploy, and manage software applications across the organization.
  • Lead the integration of systems and networks across departments and locations to ensure seamless interoperability and data flow.
  • Support system upgrades, software implementations, and innovation initiatives.
  • Maintain working knowledge of current and emerging software platforms relevant to organizational operations.

Administration & Networking:

  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls across all platforms and systems.
  • Manage Active Directory, email systems, VPN configurations, and VoIP infrastructure.
  • Configure and maintain Dell SonicWALL firewalls, email encryption, and archiving tools.
  • Support technology onboarding for new staff and manage ongoing system access administration.

Troubleshooting & Technical Support:

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for all hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
  • Identify and resolve system failures, connectivity issues, and performance degradation in a timely and effective manner.
  • Implement preventive maintenance routines to reduce downtime and minimize operational disruption.
  • Audit systems and assess performance outcomes; implement corrective measures as needed.

Vendor Management:

  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective technology procurement and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with organizational leadership to align IT strategy with programmatic and operational priorities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
