Job description
Administers user access control privileges by creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts based on organizational policies. Maintains user access control systems to ensure they are up-to-date and functioning correctly. Troubleshoots access issues by diagnosing and resolving user access problems promptly. Monitors user access activities to detect and respond to unauthorized access attempts. Collaborates with IT and security teams to implement and enforce access control policies and procedures. Conducts regular audits of user access privileges to ensure compliance with security policies. Provides support and training to users on access control procedures and best practices. Develops and updates documentation related to user access control processes and policies. Implements role-based access control (RBAC) to streamline user access management. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for access control. Analyzes and reviews access control logs to identify potential security risks. Coordinates with application owners to manage access control for enterprise-level applications. Participates in 24/7 rotating on-call schedule and support coverage. Other duties as assigned. Education:
- Associate in information technology or information security [Required]
- Bachelor's in information technology or information security [Preferred], * 1+ experience in microsoft windows 7 or newer and office 2010 or newer [Required]
- 1+ experience in oracle peoplesoft, another erp system or other major system architecture [Preferred]
- 1+ experience in security account administration [Required]
- 1+ experience providing customer support in a healthcare or technology environment [Preferred], An equivalent combination of education ad relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
- Associates degree and 1+ years of experience OR
- High School Grad or Equivalent and 3+ years of experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
- CompTIA A+ Certification (COMPTIA-A+) [Preferred]
