- Set the Strategy: Define the workplace technology vision and roadmap, aligning to firm priorities and creating tools that enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Own the Tech Stack: Manage platforms such as space booking, visitor management, smart building systems, and mobile tools.
- Bridge Business and Technology: Translate needs from HR, Facilities, and IT into technical requirements; work with engineering on integrations (HRIS, IoT) and AI/ML features.
- Drive Execution: Oversee product lifecycle, prioritize features, and manage development with internal teams and vendors.
- Champion Employee Experience: Use research, feedback, and data to design intuitive, user-centric solutions.
- Enable Automation & Innovation: Reduce manual processes and CWK dependency; pilot emerging technologies like smart building enablement and AI-driven personalization.
Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years in workplace technology, product management, or enterprise systems integration.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development, APIs, cloud platforms, and AI/ML.
- Product Management Skills: Expertise in strategy, road-mapping, and data-driven decision-making.
- Leadership: Ability to influence without authority and manage cross-functional projects.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with HR tech, facilities management systems, employee portals, or internal IT solutions.
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred.

Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. For Atlanta, GA Only the salary range for this position is USD$140,000.00 - USD$195,000.00 .
