Job description

Positioned at the intersection of technology delivery and business operations, this position is responsible for playing a critical role in driving alignment across enterprise leaders to the divisional strategy. This position leads IT Divisional efforts to prioritize, analyze, plan, and execute on IT strategies in support of the business plan. Leads analysis & implementation of processes to optimize IT work and serves as a key perspective around metrics needed to measure divisional success. Oversees and coordinates the day-to-day activities of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, contingency execution strategy, vendors relationship management, and business partner engagement while managing dynamic and critical timelines . Ensures integration between partner teams and serves as a functional business liaison in the development and implementation of key IT initiatives based on the needs of the division. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience OR 11 years of experience in project. management, business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, product administration or other relevant healthcare functions.
  • Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.
  • Experience interpreting business and financial information.
  • Verbal and written communications skills include establishing working relationships across departments, preparing presentations to senior management, and establishing team environment.
  • Experience communicating with senior management and executive leadership from multiple divisions.
  • Experience in the following:
  • X12 formatting and loops/segments
  • HIPAA Companion guides code sets
  • Trading partner requirements
  • Knowledge of Practice Management System/Electronic Health Record
  • CMS 6020 Rule
  • FHIR Data Health Standards
  • State level Mandates where applicable
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to an executive audience.
  • Experience managing and delegating assignments across multiple complex projects successfully in a matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and mentoring teams and more junior resources.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with ability to rapidly connect the dots and deliver across broad and ambiguous scope of work.
  • Able to independently drive and deliver scope of work.
  • Able to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$102,000.00 - $184,300.00
